Zoom Integration Rules for Mentors
Zoom Account Requirement
It is important for all Mentors who want to participate on this platform to have an active zoom account as this will be how you connect with the mentees that book sessions with you. Here is how to sign up for a zoom account:

- Select the plan that fits your budget. The Free account will limit you to 40min sessions, so keep that in mind when you are setting up an account.
- We recommend the Pro plan.
- Your Zoom Account will be verified during the registration process.
Using your Zoom Account for Mentee Meetings / Sessions
When someone decides to schedule a paid appointment and upon confirmation, you will be responsible for setting up your zoom link for the meeting and then forwarding it to the person via our various tools of communication with the person.

On the day of the appointment, please make sure that your audio and video devices are fully functional,
Default settings include:
- Waiting room is on
- Recording is off (Note: recording requires a Zoom Pro account and the Zoom desktop or mobile app. For the recording to begin automatically you must join the meeting from the Zoom app.)
- Attendee microphone is muted
